Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu:

President Trump announced this evening that Iran is attempting to re-arm itself with nuclear weapons; this is true.

After we destroyed its immediate capability to produce nuclear bombs, through operations such as "Rising lion" and "Roaring Lion", they are trying again.

I pledge to you here, at the Western Wall, as we approach Rosh Hashanah: as long as I am Prime Minister, Iran will not possess nuclear weapons.
