Lebanese Army accuses Israel of escalating strikes across Lebanon and says at least 12 people, including women and children, were killed in Kafr Rumman.

The army says it has begun implementing the framework agreement, while Israel has committed roughly 7,700 violations since it was signed.

It says continued Israeli strikes are preventing its full deployment and undermining its credibility inside Lebanon.
