Former Kuwaiti Information Minister Sami Al-Nesf:

"Iran is our enemy, not Israel. Without U.S. bases, Iran would have reached Kuwait and we would all be speaking Persian. Are we expected to turn a blind eye when Iran attacks our desalination plants and power stations?"
