Israel to Receive CH-53K Helicopters

A Sikorsky CH-53K "King Stallion" practiced extracting and carrying an F-15 fighter jet. The Israeli Air Force will begin receiving the helicopter in about two years, replacing its aging Yasur (CH-53) fleet.

The first of 12 Israeli aircraft, which the IAF will designate "Pra," recently entered the assembly line at the Lockheed Martin-Sikorsky plants in Connecticut.
