Iran Seeks Trust Before Negotiations

Iran is pursuing diplomacy with assurance, says Major General Rezaei, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council. He added that Americans must first gain Iran's trust to continue negotiations, citing distrust of the mediators' guarantees as the main issue.
