According to POLITICO, Following Sen. Lindsey Graham’s sudden death, several names have emerged as potential short term replacements to finish his term, including former Rep. Trey Gowdy, SC Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette who is receiving strong encouragement and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
