Trump:

The United States Military has never been stronger, or more powerful. No other Nation can do what we do (It’s not even close!). This year we set even more Historic Recruiting Records, months ahead of schedule. Morale has never been higher. Our Military’s unmatched POWER was on full display during our Celebration of 250 Years of American Independence and, like our Country, the WAR DEPARTMENT has never been “HOTTER.” We need to keep it that way, which is why, when Congress returns, we must pass Reconciliation 3.0, with 350 Billion Dollars for Defense, plus THE SAVE AMERICA ACT! I am calling on House and Senate Leadership to make this their Number One Priority, and ensure that 350 Billion Dollars in Recon 3.0 moves out of the Budget Committee as soon as Congress is back in session. The SAVE AMERICA ACT, which everyone is asking for, paired with the full funding of our Great Department of War, can be passed very quickly, ensuring that the United States of America stays FREE for Generations to come. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

A provision passed by Congress in 2024 could complicate parts of the Iran MOU.

After the Trump administration formally determined that the IRGC was involved in drone attacks on Americans, the law effectively blocks removing the IRGC from the FTO list for 4 years.

Trump can waive the restriction on national security grounds, but convincing Republicans to support removing the IRGC from the terror list would be a major political challenge.

U.S. President Donald Trump:

"I have long said that the horrific tragedy that beset East Palestine in 2023, along with Sleepy Joe Biden’s utterly incompetent response, must NEVER happen again. I quickly and strongly stood up for, and visited, the incredible Patriots of East Palestine, an action that forced Biden and FEMA, who had said they would not be sending Federal Aid to East Palestine, to “move” on sending a team. This was a major catastrophe during Biden’s presidency, which had many disasters, from letting the rest of the World empty out their prisons and mental asylums and flood our Great Country, to SURRENDERING Afghanistan. I am, therefore, strongly urging Congress to include the Railway Safety Act, which I strongly endorsed in 2023, in the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill. I am asking all Republicans to vote YES when this Bill comes up as an Amendment in the Transportation Committee this week. We must not delay any further on this very important matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP."

Secretary of State Rubio:

"The War Powers Act is unconstitutional, 100%. This is not the position of me, not the position of POTUS now, this is the position of every single president that has occupied this position since the day that law passed... We comply with it in terms of notification because we want to preserve good relations with Congress... but even as a senator, I would say that the War Powers Act is 100% unconstitutional."

Reporter: In your letter to Congress, you said that hostilities with Iran have been terminated. How can you say that with the naval blockade still in place?

U.S. President Donald Trump: "Well, it’s a very friendly blockade. Nobody’s even challenging it. Nobody at all is challenging.

Just so you understand, many presidents have been involved in things that are very big. They never had to go through anything with respect to Congress. They considered it to be totally unconstitutional.

And the Democrats in Congress that pushed this, and probably a couple of Republicans, they’re hurting our negotiating ability, which is infinite right now. And they shouldn’t be doing it. It’s never happened before. No other president’s done it. And I’m not going to be the first."

President Trump on King Charles III's address to Congress:

"There, the direct descendant of King George III will speak to the direct successor of the very body that gathered in Independence Hall on July 4th, 1776. If John Adams and George Washington or the King's fifth great-grandfather could see that sight, they might be absolutely shocked, but probably only for a moment. Surely, they would be delighted that the wounds of war healed into the most cherished friendship."

Melania Trump:

I call on Congress to provide the women who have been victimized by Epstein with a public hearing, specifically centered around the survivors.

Give these victims the opportunity to testify under oath before Congress, with the power of sworn testimony.

Each and every woman should have her day to tell her story publicly if she wishes. And then her testimony should be permanently entered into the Congressional record.

Only then will we have the truth.
