Operations

The IDF released interrogation clips of captured Hezbollah Radwan Force operatives in southern Lebanon.
The two planned to fire anti-tank missiles at Israeli troops. During questioning by Unit 504, they cited low morale and said Hezbollah entered the war to "avenge [the death] of Ali Khamenei," with commanders sending them to their deaths. Statements’ voluntariness is unclear.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz :

"At the end of the operation, the IDF will be positioned in a security area inside Lebanon, in a defensive line against anti-tank missiles, and will have security control over the entire area up to the Litani River, including the remaining bridges. The return of over 600,000 residents south of the Litani River will be completely prohibited until northern Israel’s safety is ensured, similar to Rafah and Beit Hanoun in Gaza. We will eliminate Radwan’s forces in the area and destroy all weapons located there."

Operations

The IDF’s 91st Division in southern Lebanon has destroyed over 350 Hezbollah targets and eliminated more than 330 militants, including dozens from the Radwan Force, using land and air strikes.

Seized weapons include night-vision devices, RPGs, ammunition, rifles, and machine guns used for attacks against Israeli forces.

Israeli jets hammered Hezbollah targets overnight, destroying the elite Radwan Force headquarters and intelligence base in Beirut, plus a command post hidden inside Noor radio station in A-Tiri village while terrorists operated from it.

“Hezbollah uses civilian sites in Lebanon to attack Israelis and endanger locals,” the IDF said.

“Hezbollah joined Iran’s war on Israel. We will keep striking hard and won’t allow threats to our citizens.”
