• Release of all frozen Iranian assets

Reuters reported that Tehran’s response also calls for an end to the war and the lifting of the U.S. naval blockade.

IRAN STATE NEWS IRIB: Following the U.S. strike on an Iranian oil tanker, Iranian missile fire targeted “enemy” forces operating in the Strait of Hormuz, forcing the damaged units to withdraw from the area.

Iran says all ships must now obtain approval from its naval forces to transit the Strait of Hormuz.

IRIB reports no vessels are currently passing through.

Shipping intelligence sources say Iran has set up a new authority to manage transits and impose fees, and note no vessel movement through the strait in recent days.
