U.S. Embassy Baghdad issued a security alert. Iraqi airspace has reopened with limited flights, but the embassy warns of continued missile, drone, and rocket threats. The Level 4 "do not travel" advisory remains in place. Iran-aligned militias continue planning attacks on American citizens and U.S.-linked targets throughout Iraq. Land routes and commercial flights from Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey are available.

Level 4: "Do not travel to Iraq for any reason. Leave now if you are there."

A drone attack targeted the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, with a source telling AFP that one drone directly hit the compound but it was not immediately clear whether there was any damage.
