Israeli forces have seized Hezbollah's underground Southern Front headquarters in southern Lebanon, a fortified complex that served as the organization's primary command-and-control center for operations against northern Israel. The IDF holds the Ali al-Taher Ridge, Tebnine, and the Nabatieh Heights. Dozens of militants are reported still inside. Iran is working to halt the advance.

IDF: Hezbollah seized the government hospital in Tibnin during the war and used it to treat wounded fighters, according to the IDF. The military says the group transferred casualties through its Islamic Health Authority network, diverting medical services from Lebanese civilians and using civilian infrastructure for military purposes.

The IDF warned Hezbollah operatives hiding in hospitals that they remain targets.
