A defense agreement was reached with the brotherly Islamic country Saudi Arabia last year.

And now Türkiye has also become part of the trilateral defense agreement reached in Mecca.

This is good news of peace for the Middle East, glad tidings of peace for the Islamic world, and a message of peace for the entire world.

Turkish President Erdogan on the Mecca Agreement:

Saudi King Salman: The "Mecca meeting" between Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan will help create a framework for a long-term defense partnership between the three countries, as well as address shared regional challenges.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson on the Mecca defense pact: "Regional countries have learned over the past 3 years that security is not a commodity to be bought from false brokers."
