Adm. Brad Cooper, CENTCOM commander: Iranian forces launched dozens of missiles and drones at neighboring Gulf states this week.

He added that seven commercial ships were deliberately attacked by Iran over the same period, leaving around ten civilian crew members dead, wounded, or missing.

An Israeli source says authorities are monitoring the incident in the Gulf, adding that at this stage it appears to be a localized event.

British Navy:

"We have received 35 reports of attacks and suspicious activities in the Gulf and Hormuz since the start of the war."
