Snap shot on the axis:

Hezbollah is rebuilding, and the Lebanese Army isn’t making a meaningful dent.

Israel has stopped its targeted eliminations in Gaza of those who took part in October 7, while waiting for diplomacy to play out. As of now, Hamas doesn’t appear willing to disarm either.

And the Islamic regime is only getting bolder with more and more demands as the days go on.

Peace Council Secretary General Nikolai Mladenov denies any financial deal with Hamas, calling the claims false and never discussed or negotiated.

A mechanism to monitor violations has begun operating. Council funds do not pass through Hamas, every contract is verified before payment, and all accounts are open to full audit by donor governments.

Under Trump's Gaza plan and UN Resolution 2803, Hamas gets no role in governance and no access to funds. The goal remains full disarmament and ensuring Gaza never again poses a threat like October 7.

Palestinian sources told Qatari-owned Al-Arabi Al-Jadid that mediators informed Hamas the U.S. administration is serious about a Gaza solution "even if it angers Netanyahu."

The mediators also told Hamas that Netanyahu's opposition to the roadmap for phase two of Trump's plan is "only a statement," and the agreement will be implemented without changes.

Israel is entering a new “robotic age” in warfare, accelerating lessons learned from Gaza and Lebanon, where tens of thousands of unmanned and remotely operated systems have already been deployed.

Under the IDF’s 2026 to 2030 Hoshen Plan, robotics, AI and autonomous systems will become central to force building across land, air and sea. The IDF is also establishing dedicated structures for robotics and autonomous warfare.

Over the next decade, Israel plans to expand robotic systems for tunnel operations, reconnaissance, logistics, route clearance and combat. Older armored vehicles are also being converted into remotely operated platforms, while drone and ground robot swarms are being developed.

The longer term goal is mixed human machine formations, with robotic systems moving ahead of soldiers and taking on the most dangerous battlefield missions while humans retain oversight of lethal decisions.

IDF Arabic-language spokesperson to Gaza residents:

"You are under financial fraud, and it is time for you to open your eyes. The Bank of Israel, which is entrusted with the issuance of the banknotes in your hands, recommends replacing the old banknotes with new ones. Those of you who hold them are taking a huge financial risk - very soon they will be worth nothing and you will be left with nothing. Hamas is taking advantage of your plight to get rid of the invalid banknotes."

Axios Report: Netanyahu's rejection of Trump's Gaza plan hasn't rattled the White House, which views it as election politics.

"We understand Bibi's political needs. We have no problem with it as long as he continues to do what we ask" -- a U.S. Official says, pointing above all to keeping attacks restrained.

Israel has since stopped its attacks and begun moving back from the Yellow Line, while the U.S. and mediators press Hamas to disarm.

Nickolay Mladenov, director general of the Gaza Board of Peace, says Israel would not be required to withdraw from its current positions until weapons in each sector of Gaza are surrendered and rendered unusable.

Under the plan, each sector would first be fully demilitarized, including heavy and light weapons, personal and police arms, weapons production facilities and tunnels. Only after verification would the IDF begin a phased withdrawal from that sector.

Mladenov said Israel would retain the right to respond to imminent threats against its forces, while an American led mechanism involving mediators, U.S. personnel and an international security force would verify compliance.

“Nobody is required to do anything, last of all Israel,” until the required steps are verified, Mladenov said.

Despite the PM's announcement this morning, the security establishment has received no order to freeze the next phase in Gaza. On August 30, work begins on the first base of the multinational force in Rafah, an official at the U.S. headquarters in Kiryat Gat told Kann. Airstrikes in Gaza have nearly stopped over the past week on the political level's directive.

Hamas says it remains committed to the roadmap for the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreed with mediators and the Peace Council, calling for priority on full implementation -- a complete ceasefire, an end to the aggression, full withdrawal, opening of the crossings, entry of aid, and reconstruction.

Netanyahu had rejected the Peace Council's 15-point document, saying the IDF will not withdraw until Hamas is truly disarmed.

Leaders

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu:

Israel rejects the Board of Peace’s 15-point roadmap for Gaza. The IDF will not make any withdrawal until Hamas fully disarms. We are talking about real disarmament, not a fictitious one.

We are talking to the Americans about this issue. They have ideas, some of which are acceptable to us and some are not. We know how to stand up to these things.
