Following the launches towards Jordan, several interceptors were fired at debris from the intercepted missiles in order to rule out the possibility of shrapnel falling within Israeli territory.

As a result, fragments of an interceptor were identified that fell in an open area near the city of Eilat, causing no damage and no injuries.
