'Continuing the second and eightieth wave of the extensive and powerful "Sincere Promise 4" operation, with the help of Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him), and under the slogan "Oh warrior of Hejaz", and after the successful targeting of command and control centers, communication radars, and drone hangars belonging to American and Israeli forces, the areas of Kiryat Shmona, north, south, and central Tel Aviv, and Haifa were targeted, in addition to American military bases in Al Dafra, Ali Al Salem, and Umm Al Quwain, using precision missile systems of the "Kheibar Shkin", "Zulfiqar", "Imad", and "Quder" types with multiple warheads, along with suicide drones, with great accuracy, thanks to God.'
