BREAKING: Some states tried to ban a therapy that aims to change a minor’s sexual orientation.
The Supreme Court said those bans go too far and ruled against the ban.
In the case Chiles v. Salazar, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled today (March 31, 2026) that Colorado’s 2019 ban on conversion therapy for minors violates the First Amendment free speech rights of licensed mental health professionals.
